Dr. Parthasarathi P.V is presently the National Secretary, Bharatiya Janata Party’s OBC Morcha a position to which he was appointed in January 2021.

Dr. Parthasarathi P.V. was born in 1970 into a family with a modest background, at Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh. After finishing his schooling there, he went to Hyderabad to study Dentistry and took the Graduate Degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) followed by MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) from the Government Dental College, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He excelled in his course and passed out in 1997.
